This facility was
originally constructed in 1986, and an addition was added in 1995,
making the building 10,000 square feet. The Pomeroy Ranger Station is
leased in 5-year increments by the U. S. Government.
The new lease between the Port of
Garfield, and the U. S. Forest Service was renewed in October 2008
and terminates in September 2013.
